John Leblanc and Sayre Nesmith recently undertook an epic journey to raise money for the youth group's trip to the National Fine Arts Festival in Charlotte, NC.  Having never biked more than 20 miles at a time before, they both managed to bike 311 miles to Charlevoix, MI in a time span of 3 days.  They collected pledges from the local congregation, and raised a lot of funds for our trip.  Below are some selected pictures from their journey.  Thanks John and Sayre!

Hello everyone!  Welcome to the new and improved Inverted Student Ministries website!  I could not be more excited about everything that is happening in our group!  We're exploring new ideas and ways of touching God in our meeting times and we're getting new tools at our disposal, such as this website.  Our overall theme for this year is 2.0, the "New Creation".  Our purpose is rebirth, a change in how we do things.  We throw off the old things that drag us down and press into what God has in store for us in a reborn, renewed relationship with and commitment to Him!

I invite you to come join us, learn with us, and search with us as we reach out to make God not just some far off untouchable force, but a real, life changing, involved presence in our lives.  I'm excited for this year to see what God has to show and share with you through me and also what he has to teach me through each of you!
